Introduction

CF Mobile CRM ("the App") is operated by Bezalel Digital ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application and related services.

Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. Your password is securely hashed and never stored in plain text.

ClickFunnels Integration Data

When you connect your ClickFunnels account, we access your contacts, orders, tags, funnels, and analytics data through the ClickFunnels API on your behalf. Your ClickFunnels API key is stored securely on your device using encrypted storage and is transmitted to our servers only to facilitate data syncing.

Device Information

If you enable push notifications, we collect your device push token and platform type (iOS or Android) to deliver notifications. We do not collect device identifiers for advertising or tracking purposes.

Payment Information

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or payment details on our servers. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.

App Settings and Preferences

Your notification preferences, sync settings, and display preferences are stored locally on your device.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and operate the App and its features
• Sync your ClickFunnels contacts, orders, and analytics data
• Send you push notifications about new contacts and orders
• Process subscription payments
• Authenticate your account and maintain session security
• Respond to support requests

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Storage and Security

• Account data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure with encryption at rest
• ClickFunnels API keys are stored on your device using platform-native secure storage (iOS Keychain)
• Authentication uses industry-standard JWT tokens
• All data transmission between the App and our servers uses HTTPS encryption

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• ClickFunnels — to access your CRM data (contacts, orders, funnels). Governed by ClickFunnels' privacy policy.
• Stripe — to process subscription payments. Governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
• Cloudflare — to host our backend services. Governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Expo — to deliver app updates and push notifications. Governed by Expo's privacy policy.

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data from our servers within 30 days. Cached data stored locally on your device is removed when you uninstall the App.

Your Rights

You may:

• Access your personal data through the App
• Update or correct your account information in Settings
• Delete your account by contacting us at [email protected]
• Opt out of push notifications through your device settings or within the App

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy within the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
